As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will serve as the primary point of contact and the "face" of PLS. This role is vital for delivering superior customer service and building trust with our community. You will be responsible for educating customers on our products and services, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Beyond processing transactions, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized store environment and resolving customer inquiries or complaints. Your ability to engage with customers and maintain high quality standards will directly contribute to repeat business and the overall success of the team.
