This position serves as a vital link in the operational workflow, helping the team manage incoming orders from both long-time and new customer bases. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of approximately 20 inbound orders daily, ensuring they are efficiently fielded, input, and processed using a proprietary ERP system. The role requires a detail-oriented mindset to accurately track order measurements, pricing, and technical specifications while meeting strict deadlines.
Your day will involve managing heavy email correspondence via Outlook, handling phone calls, and occasionally assisting walk-in clients. You will coordinate directly with vendors and distributors to source materials when items are out of stock and work to understand customer buying patterns to maintain a high-service reputation. This is a full-time, onsite role (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM) offering a competitive hourly rate with room for eventual growth.
