About the Role

As a Customer Advocate, you will be the driving force behind the "Hauler-Life." You will partner with our operations team to deliver vehicles directly to customers' doors using our custom car haulers. This role is designed for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your day will involve a mix of driving, physical activity, and customer interaction. You will frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail. You will also inspect vehicles to ensure they are safe to drive and complete necessary customer paperwork, including thorough notes in our tracking system. While a commercial license is not required, you will receive ample training to operate the hauler safely. Success in this role requires maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to Carvana's safety policies.

Hiring Process & Requirements

To join the team, candidates must have at least two years of customer-facing experience. The role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, standing, and lifting items up to 50 lbs for extended periods, often in varying weather conditions. You must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Licensing & Legal Requirements:

• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Candidates must be able to obtain a Notary license in their local jurisdiction within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana).
• Specific state requirements apply: Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license within two weeks; California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
