About the Role

As a Customer Advocate, you will be the driving force behind our "Hauler-Life." You will partner with customers to deliver their new vehicles directly to their doors using our custom car haulers. This role is a blend of logistics, customer service, and physical activity. You will frequently load and unload vehicles, perform safety inspections, and ensure the vehicle is in pristine condition before delivery.

Beyond the road, you will manage the final steps of the transaction by completing customer paperwork and maintaining thorough notes in our tracking system. You will also serve as a Notary (where required) and handle DMV/title and registration systems to ensure a seamless handover. This is a hands-on role where you will be on your feet for extended periods, working in various weather conditions to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Once hired, you will receive ample training on driving the hauler and vehicle safety. Depending on your location, you will be sponsored to obtain specific licenses within the first 90 days of employment, including Notary certification, Chauffeur's licenses (for Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri), or Vehicle Verifier licenses (for California).
