Carvana is the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. Our mission is to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process, whether that means delivering vehicles straight to customers' driveways or getting involved in the local community. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players to join the 'Hauler-Life' and lead the charge in delivering that experience.
As a Customer Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana at the customer's door. You will drive custom car haulers to deliver vehicles, load and unload cars, and perform safety inspections to ensure every vehicle is ready for the road. This role is a blend of driving and physical activity, requiring you to handle paperwork, document customer interactions, and maintain a clean driving record. While a commercial license is not required, you will receive ample training to operate our haulers safely. You will also work to obtain necessary local certifications, such as a Notary or specialty licenses, sponsored by Carvana.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Specific state requirements, such as obtaining a Notary license within 90 days or a Chauffeur's license within two weeks for certain states, must be satisfied during employment.
Carvana is an equal employment opportunity employer. All applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, age, mental or physical disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information. Carvana also prohibits harassment of applicants or employees based on any of these protected categories.
