About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players to join our Market Operations team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our digital platform and our customers, ensuring a seamless and joyful delivery experience. You will drive custom car haulers to deliver vehicles directly to customers' doors, handling all necessary paperwork and maintaining thorough notes in our tracking system. While a commercial license is not required, you will receive ample training to operate the hauler safely. The role involves frequent loading and unloading of vehicles, requiring physical activity and the ability to inspect vehicles to ensure they are safe to drive. You will work in various conditions, from indoor facilities to outdoor environments, including exposure to inclement weather, and must maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's policies.

Hiring Process & Requirements

To join the team, candidates must have at least two years of customer-facing experience. You must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Specific licensing requirements vary by location and must be obtained within the first few weeks or months of employment (process sponsored by Carvana):

• Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri: Obtain a Chauffeur's license or state specialty license within the first two weeks.
• California: Obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days.
• All Locations: Obtain a Notary license in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days.
• All Locations: Satisfy state-specific requirements related to access to DMV, title, and registration systems.
