As a key member of our store team, you will be the face of Walgreens, modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your primary mission is to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression through courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient service. You will engage with customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
In this role, you will not only register sales and process transactions but also share customer service best practices with your team. This includes demonstrating interpersonal habits like eye contact and courtesy, as well as embodying Walgreens service traits such as proactively offering help and servicing customers until they are satisfied.
Your day-to-day responsibilities extend beyond the register. You will maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, construct displays, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. Additionally, you may assist with photo services, web pick-up orders, and general store maintenance, ensuring the facility remains neat, orderly, and safe for all.
We are looking for candidates who are fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) and are willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. While six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens work experience are preferred, we welcome enthusiastic individuals ready to learn.
