About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. In this role, you will be the face of our store, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment through professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
Your day will involve assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions at the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store. You will also play a key part in our operations by receiving merchandise, helping with unloading trucks, and ensuring the store is well-stocked in accordance with productivity standards.

Requirements

- verifiedMust be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment.
