This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our core customer experience principles. You will be the face of the store, maintaining a clean and organized environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role requires flexibility, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's evolving needs.
In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. Your day-to-day involves accurately processing transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring merchandise is prepared and displayed according to company standards. You will also play an active part in store recovery, safety awareness, and shrink reduction programs, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
