About the Role
The Store Manager is the driving force behind cultivating a customer-focused, sales-driven, and profitable environment. Reporting to the General Manager, you will own all aspects of in-store presentation and operational functions. More than just a manager, you will lead your team by exhibiting a genuine passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
Your day-to-day involves consistently coaching the management and associate teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategies and goals. You will be accountable for delivering an exceptional customer experience while fostering a rewarding environment for your associates. From anticipating customer needs to solving for "yes," you will create an engaging, positive, and authentic selling experience that encourages customers to return.

As a leader at Pacsun, you will operate with the highest level of conduct, integrity, and confidentiality, setting the example for everyone on the floor. You will develop strong cross-functional partnerships to drive business results and inspire a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
