The Assistant Pharmacy Manager plays a pivotal role in creating an outstanding customer experience by embracing the "Customer 1st" strategy. In this role, you will manage the daily functions of the pharmacy, from monitoring stock replenishment and inventory levels to overseeing the proper operation of all equipment. Your day-to-day involves ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including HIPAA, while maintaining a professional, sanitary, and organized environment for both staff and customers. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of service, friendliness, and cooperativeness with customers, company employees, and outside vendors.
