About the Role
As a key member of our store team, you will be the face of Walgreens, modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your primary mission is to ensure every customer feels welcomed and valued through courteous, fair, and efficient service. You will engage with customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues to guarantee a positive interaction.
Day in the Life
Your day involves more than just processing transactions; you will be responsible for the entire customer journey. You will register sales, handle cash and exchanges, and recommend items to enhance the customer's purchase. Beyond the register, you will maintain the store's appearance by keeping counters and shelves clean, well-merchandised, and properly stocked using first-in, first-out methods. You will also construct displays, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
In addition to retail operations, you may assist in the photo area with digital services and handle web pick-up responsibilities, ensuring online orders are fulfilled accurately. You will also support store maintenance by keeping both the interior and exterior neat and orderly. Throughout your shift, you will share customer service best practices with your team, demonstrating proactive help and ensuring every customer is serviced until satisfied.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. While prior retail experience and familiarity with Walgreens are preferred, we are committed to training and developing our team members through required training sessions and personal development programs.

Requirements
