The Customer Service Agent serves as the primary point of contact for all inbound and outbound passengers, ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and passenger satisfaction at our airport locations.
To ensure every agent is fully prepared for the demands of the position, we provide a comprehensive three-week paid training program located in Honolulu. This immersive experience covers essential operational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence before you begin your duties.
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing, reporting, and accounting for all necessary documentation. You will manage money transactions with precision, checking and correcting reports to maintain accuracy. The role also involves operating specialized equipment required for daily operations. Depending on operational needs, you may be required to record and report meteorological observations and perform Aircraft Marshall duties.
