The Customer Relationship Service Representative in Asheville, NC, provides support for clients while experiencing the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture. You will deliver customized, effortless experiences to some of the most beloved automobile brands in the world. We support luxury customers by creating relationships based on understanding their needs, concerns, lifestyles, and preferences.
In this role, team members are empowered to make decisions and think creatively to drive customer loyalty. You will own the customer experience from beginning to end, building rapport and anticipating needs through authentic connection and curiosity. Your day will involve resolving inquiries and technical questions with speed and accuracy, utilizing job aids and desktop tools to ensure service level metrics are met. You will actively listen to customers, controlling the call to lead them efficiently while maintaining exceptional product knowledge. Additionally, you will partner with vendors for troubleshooting, research billing issues, and provide recommendations to leadership on resolving recurring problems.
The next training class begins Monday, June 22, 2026. This role requires living within a commutable distance to Asheville, NC, for quarterly meetings. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 7 am to 9 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
