The Customer Experience Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for TestEquity's customers, bridging the gap between client needs and company solutions. This role is dedicated to fostering positive relationships by addressing inquiries, managing account details, and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple communication channels.
You will be the voice of the company on the phone and the face of our support team via email and chat. Your day involves handling incoming calls from our 800 numbers, assisting customers with placing orders and generating quotes, and managing a shared support inbox. Beyond direct customer interaction, you will perform general account management for smaller, unassigned accounts and provide timely order status updates. While your focus is on service excellence, you also play an indirect but vital role in maintaining product quality by being the first line of defense for customer feedback.
