About the Role

If you are passionate about helping others, this opportunity allows you to be part of our effort to protect the livelihoods and futures of our customers. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will project a positive image of Farm Bureau by providing exceptional first-call resolution service to our agents and customers from our inbound contact center.

Your day will involve providing professional responses to inquiries regarding billing assistance, policy service, and system support. Maintaining professional and productive relationships with our agency force, customers, and internal departments is imperative to ensure the aims and objectives of Farm Bureau are achieved. You will focus on the relationship at each interaction to provide a standard of service that results in a consistent, positive experience.
