The BXP Specialist is the friendly, professional face of our branch, dedicated to providing efficient service to our members. This role is vital to our mission of improving lives by ensuring every financial transaction—from deposits and loan payments to account management—is handled with care and accuracy. You will be the first point of contact, greeting members to establish rapport and guiding them to the right solutions.
Beyond processing transactions, you will play an active role in member education. By identifying opportunities to recommend credit union solutions, you help members navigate their financial needs while contributing to the success of the branch and the organization. You will work effectively within a team environment, ensuring compliance with all regulations and security procedures while maintaining the trust of our community.
This position is primarily based at the Riverside Branch in Espanola, NM. However, the role requires flexibility to support our Northern Region, which includes the Paseo and Riverside Branches in Espanola, the White Rock Branch in White Rock, and the Trinity Branch in Los Alamos. The schedule requires supporting member service hours from Monday through Saturday.
