The Live Teller Connect (LTC) Team operates as a critical component of the Virtual Region, bridging the gap between traditional branch services and digital banking. Reporting directly to the AVP of the Virtual Region, this team is dedicated to delivering high-touch, personalized member experiences through Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). The department functions as a hybrid environment where technology meets human connection, ensuring that members receive the same level of service and expertise remotely as they would in a physical branch.
The LTC Supervisor serves as the operational backbone of the Live Teller Connect Department, stepping in to manage day-to-day activities and lead the team in the absence of the AVP. This position is unique in that it combines high-level supervisory duties with active, hands-on participation in the workflow. The Supervisor is expected to perform Live Teller Representative duties with higher transaction limits, effectively opening and closing the LTC office, and serving as a subject matter expert on remote delivery channels.
In this role, you will foster a culture of empowerment and continuous growth. Your day involves guiding staff through morning huddles and evening debriefs, coaching team members on sales performance and member experience, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues, utilizing sound judgment to resolve complex member concerns while maintaining a high degree of satisfaction. Beyond team leadership, you will personally drive production goals by cross-selling credit union products and services, ensuring the department meets its strategic objectives.
