About the Role
As a Customer Experience Guide, you will play a key role in supporting all Customer Experience and Sales initiatives while ensuring smooth store and inventory operations. This position requires a genuine passion for cannabis, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong understanding of compliance and product knowledge.
You will engage with customers on the sales floor, answering questions and recommending products based on their unique preferences. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional and educational experience that aligns with Embarc's brand standards. Beyond the sales floor, you will support store sales goals by promoting products and loyalty programs, and participate in community engagement, field marketing, and local events to represent the Embarc brand.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleReport facility issues promptly to ensure a safe customer environment
- check_circleAssist with inventory tasks including intake, stocking, labeling, and pricing
- check_circleSupport recurring audits, spot checks, and cycle counts for accuracy
- check_circleFollow proper handling and storage procedures for all cannabis products
- check_circleProvide feedback to management on customer needs and product trends
- check_circleDeliver an educational customer experience aligned with brand standards
Requirements
- verifiedFamiliarity with POS systems

- verifiedUnderstanding of cannabis products, compliance, and regulations
Nice to Have
Experience with Treez POS. Experience working in a regulated or high-volume retail environment.
