As a Customer Experience Guide, you will play a key role in supporting all Customer Experience and Sales initiatives while ensuring smooth store and inventory operations. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for cannabis, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong understanding of compliance and product knowledge.
In this role, you will engage directly with customers on the sales floor, answering questions and recommending products tailored to their preferences. You will deliver an educational and exceptional customer experience that aligns with Embarc's brand standards. Beyond the sales floor, you will support store sales goals by promoting products and loyalty programs, and you will represent the Embarc brand through community engagement, field marketing, social media, and local events.
You will also assist in daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance, maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Your feedback on customer needs and product trends will help drive continuous improvement. This is a part-time role with approximately 25 hours per week, requiring evening availability.
