About the Role
As a Customer Experience Guide, you will play a key role in supporting all Customer Experience and Sales initiatives while ensuring smooth store and inventory operations. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for cannabis, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong understanding of compliance and product knowledge.
In this role, you will engage with customers on the sales floor, answering questions and recommending products based on their unique preferences. You will deliver an educational and exceptional customer experience that aligns with Embarc's brand standards. Beyond the sales floor, you will support store sales goals by promoting products and loyalty programs, and participate in community engagement, field marketing, and local events to represent the Embarc brand.
You will also assist in daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance, maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates, combined with your organizational skills, will be essential in this fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

- verifiedUnderstanding of cannabis products, compliance, and regulations
Nice to Have
Experience with Treez POS. Experience working in a regulated or high-volume retail environment.
