As a part-time Retail Team Lead, you will quickly build and maintain customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor by utilizing provided training to support our sales offerings. You will demonstrate a passion for the brand, technology products, furniture, print, and other services, utilizing Office Depot's proven sales principles to proactively engage customers and drive the sales of our total offerings.
Through enthusiasm and expertise, you will help create and nurture a vibrant sales culture. Your day-to-day impact includes enhancing the store's visual and merchandising standards, managing freight and logistics activities, and prioritizing unparalleled client satisfaction. You will also serve as a part-time "Key Carrier" for your location, performing Leader on Duty functions. This includes external key carrier responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, ensuring the safety and security of the building and associates, and managing the activation or deactivation of the store's alarm system.
