About the Role
The Retail Team Lead is a part-time role designed to quickly build and maintain customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor by utilizing provided training to support sales offerings. You will demonstrate a passion for the brand, technology products, furniture, print, and other services offered to our customers. By utilizing Office Depot's proven sales principles, you will proactively engage customers to drive the sales of our total offerings and properly assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction in every interaction.
Through enthusiasm and expertise, you will help create and nurture a vibrant sales culture, enhancing the store's visual and merchandising standards, freight, and logistics activities, while prioritizing unparalleled client satisfaction. You will also serve as a part-time "Key Carrier" for your location, performing Leader on Duty functions. This includes external key carrier responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, ensuring the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of the management team, and managing the activation/deactivation of the store's alarm system.

Requirements
