About the Role
This position is designed to promote an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. You will ensure prompt, courteous customer service and actively promote loyalty programs. By leading by example, you will engage with all customers and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Your role involves training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, personalizing the customer experience, and coordinating register assignments and breaks. You will address customer concerns promptly, ensure adherence to store plans and labor laws, and support store safety and shrink reduction goals. This is a leadership opportunity for those passionate about retail excellence and team development.
