About the Role

This position is designed to promote an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. You will ensure prompt, courteous customer service and drive the promotion of loyalty programs. By leading by example, you will engage with all customers and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Your day-to-day involves training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, personalizing the customer experience, and coordinating register assignments and breaks. You will act as a key liaison between management and Associates, addressing customer concerns promptly and ensuring adherence to store plans, labor laws, and safety protocols.
