About the Role

As a leader at Marshalls, you will be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. Your primary mission is to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and the active promotion of loyalty programs. You will lead by example, engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

In this role, you will create a positive internal and external customer experience by training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles. You will coach your team on personalizing the customer experience, assigning registers, and coordinating breaks to meet POS coverage needs. Additionally, you will address customer concerns promptly, ensure adherence to store plans and labor laws, and support store shrink reduction and safety goals.
