About the Role

This position is designed for a leader who is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. You will oversee the front-of-store team, ensuring prompt and courteous service while actively promoting our loyalty programs. By leading by example, you will engage with all customers and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Your day will involve training and mentoring associates on front-end principles, coaching them on how to personalize the customer experience, and managing register assignments and break schedules. You will address customer concerns promptly, ensure tasks align with the store plan, and partner with management to identify training needs. Ultimately, you will foster a culture of honesty and integrity while supporting store goals for safety and shrink reduction.
