About the Role
This position is designed to promote an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. You will ensure prompt, courteous customer service and actively promote our loyalty programs. By leading by example, you will engage with all customers and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
In this role, you will model outstanding customer service, creating a positive internal and external experience for everyone. You will take an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, coaching them on how to personalize the customer experience. Your day will involve assigning registers, supporting POS coverage needs, and coordinating breaks to ensure smooth operations.
You will address customer concerns promptly, ensuring issues are resolved with a positive outcome. Additionally, you will partner with management on training needs, ensure adherence to labor laws and policies, and support store shrink reduction and safety goals. This role requires a team player who can effectively train others and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
