About the Role

This position is designed for individuals ready to grow their career within our retail environment. You will be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience by overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. Your primary mission is to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and to actively promote our loyalty programs.

You will lead by example, engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. This role involves creating a positive internal and external customer experience while modeling outstanding service. You will foster a culture of honesty and integrity, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times. A key part of your day will involve training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, coaching them on personalizing the customer experience, and assigning registers to support POS coverage needs.

You will act as a bridge between management and Associates, communicating priorities effectively and providing progress updates. By addressing customer concerns promptly and partnering with management on training needs, you will help increase team effectiveness. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to labor laws, participate in shrink reduction goals, and promote safety awareness to maintain a secure environment for everyone.
