About the Role
This position is designed to promote an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. You will ensure prompt, courteous customer service and actively promote loyalty programs. By leading by example, you will engage with all customers and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
Your day will involve creating a positive internal and external customer experience, training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, and coaching them on personalizing interactions. You will manage register assignments, coordinate breaks, and address customer concerns promptly. Additionally, you will partner with management on training needs, ensure adherence to labor laws and safety procedures, and support store shrink reduction goals.
