This position is designed for individuals ready to grow their career by promoting an excellent customer experience. You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt and courteous service while actively promoting our loyalty programs.
In this role, you will lead by example, engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You will model outstanding customer service, creating a positive internal and external experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your day will involve training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, coaching them on personalizing the customer experience, and assigning registers to meet coverage needs.
You will be the first line of support for addressing customer concerns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Additionally, you will partner with management to identify training needs, ensure adherence to labor laws and safety policies, and participate in store shrink reduction goals. This role requires a team player who can multitask, respond effectively to unexpected situations, and communicate clearly with both management and Associates.
