About the Role

As a Customer Advocate, you will be the driving force behind our "Hauler-Life." You will partner with customers to deliver their new vehicles directly to their doors using our custom car haulers. This role is a blend of logistics, customer service, and physical activity. You will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, performing safety inspections, and completing necessary paperwork and tracking notes. While a commercial license is not required, you will receive ample training to operate the hauler safely.

This position is designed for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work in various conditions, from indoor facilities to outdoor settings, occasionally facing inclement weather. The role requires significant physical activity, including lifting, carrying, and sustaining movement for extended periods, as well as maintaining a clean driving record.

Hiring Process & Application

To join the team, candidates must have at least two years of customer-facing experience. The application process includes a drug test and obtaining a DOT Medical Card. Successful candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.

Specific licensing requirements vary by location and must be obtained within the first few weeks or months of employment (sponsored by Carvana):

• Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri: Obtain a Chauffeur's license or state specialty license within two weeks.
• California: Obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days.
• All Locations: Obtain a Notary license in your local jurisdiction within 90 days.

Candidates must also be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to access to DMV, title, and registration systems. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
