Carvana is the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. Our mission is to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process, whether that means delivering vehicles straight to customers' driveways or getting involved in the local community. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players to join the 'Hauler-Life' and lead this charge.
As a Customer Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana during the final leg of the customer journey. You will deliver vehicles to customers' doors using custom car haulers, handling the physical aspects of loading and unloading vehicles while ensuring they are safe to drive. This role requires you to complete customer paperwork, maintain thorough notes in our tracking system, and consistently drive safely. While a commercial license is not required, you will receive ample training to operate the hauler. The role is physically demanding, requiring you to walk, stand, and lift items up to 50 lbs for extended periods, often in varying weather conditions.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience. You must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Licensing Requirements Depending on your location, you must obtain specific licenses within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana):
Carvana is an equal employment opportunity employer. All applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, age, mental or physical disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information. Carvana also prohibits harassment of applicants or employees based on any of these protected categories.
