The Compliance Review Specialist serves as a critical link between customer requirements and operational execution within the Aftermarket Service Center. Positioned within the Program Management Organization, this role ensures that all product repair requirements strictly adhere to customer purchase orders, contracts, and regulatory mandates.
By blending technical compliance oversight with customer service excellence, successful candidates ensure that deliverables meet all quality and contractual standards. The specialist supports the Customer Service Manager in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth, acting as a secondary point of contact for customer accounts to provide transparent communication regarding repair receipt status.
This position operates at the intersection of Operations, Quality, and Engineering. The team is dedicated to implementing creative, systemic corrective actions for complex customer issues while interpreting technical specifications to ensure alignment with FAA and military aerospace standards. The role is vital for supporting Aircraft on Ground (AOG) emergency requirements and driving Value Added Services (VAS) opportunities across Services and Spares portfolios.
Candidates must be accepted into a 14 CFR Part 120 compliant FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program, which includes random testing, as a prerequisite for employment.

Associate's degree in Business or a Technical field. Previous experience with government contracting agencies, Airline/MRO procurement, or Aftermarket Repair Stations. Experience using ERP systems and proficiency with MS Office Products. Certification or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. Technical understanding of electronic components and BAE Systems product applications, including knowledge of Military and FAA standards.
