About the Role
The Compliance Review Specialist acts as a critical bridge between customer requirements and operational execution within the Aftermarket Service Center. Situated within the Program Management Organization, this position ensures that all product repair requirements strictly adhere to customer purchase orders, contracts, and regulatory mandates. By blending technical compliance oversight with customer service excellence, the role supports the Customer Service Manager in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
In this capacity, you will serve as a secondary point of contact for customer accounts, providing transparent communication regarding repair receipt status. You will proactively identify Value Added Services (VAS) opportunities across Services and Spares portfolios, leveraging the compliance review process to propose strategic enhancements. Additionally, you will analyze complex customer issues and coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to implement systemic corrective actions, ensuring all work scopes align with FAA and military aerospace standards.
