About the Role
The Customer Account Specialist serves as the primary owner of the order management lifecycle for Hirose products, guiding orders from receipt through final delivery to customer warehouses and manufacturing locations. This role is designed to ensure the highest level of customer service by leading professional, solution-oriented communication with both internal teams and external business partners.\n You will partner closely with the Global Supply Chain Management team to guarantee on-time delivery and act as a proactive liaison to Sales, Customers, and key Leadership stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves leveraging technology to identify trends, assess risks, and manage customer accounts to prevent potential issues before they arise. You will also handle customer-requested RMAs, initiating quality investigations and coordinating with Operations and Sales to resolve concerns.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days in the office and two days working from home per week. All training will be completed on-site. The role reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Requirements
- verifiedAssociates degree required; Bachelors preferred
- verifiedMinimum two years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain
- verifiedData entry experience in ERP, MRP, or CRM software
- verifiedMinimum typing speed of 55-60 WPM
- verifiedFluent English; Japanese/Spanish a plus
