The Customer Service Representative serves as a vital link between Masimo and its customers, ensuring seamless support for medical device products. This role is dedicated to resolving complex issues, managing order lifecycles, and maintaining accurate customer records to uphold the company's commitment to quality and reliability.
You will act as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and order status. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying discrepancies in EDI/EFAX orders and shipping, as well as analyzing weekly reports to adjust customer pricing and financial records. Beyond transactional support, you will contribute to team success by recommending system enhancements based on customer needs and supporting the sales force with samples and supplies.
This position is based in an office environment where you will utilize various computing and digital devices daily. The role involves a mix of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods during meetings or facility walkthroughs. As local travel may be necessary, a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle are required.
