Customer Account, Billing Analyst

About the Role

As a Customer Account and Billing Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between our clients and our finance operations. Your primary mission is to investigate and resolve payment delays, ensuring that accounts remain in good standing and that orders continue to flow without interruption. This role is essential for maintaining healthy cash flow and fostering strong B2B customer relationships.

In this position, you will spend your day investigating why customers are past due, analyzing invoice discrepancies, and resolving complex issues related to shipping or pricing. You will manage credit holds by identifying the root causes of payment blocks and working to clear them so that orders can proceed. Your work involves generating detailed payment status updates and statements in Excel, while also providing customers with necessary documentation such as credit memos or proof of delivery. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical rigor and customer service excellence to solve problems efficiently.
