About the Role
This position establishes a pool of qualified candidates for future custodial opportunities at a USDA APHIS facility located at Lihue Airport. The role is designed to support ongoing operations by maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and safe environment of a 1,600 sq. ft. federal workspace.
As a Custodian, you will provide essential janitorial services with minimal disruption to government activities. Your work ensures the facility remains compliant with federal security and environmental requirements while safeguarding government property and access credentials.

- check_circleClean stainless-steel countertops and dust fans in inspection areas
- check_circleMaintain separate cleaning tools for restroom and non-restroom areas
- check_circleUse approved biobased cleaning products
- check_circleSafeguard government property and access credentials
- check_circleFollow all USDA, airport, and facility security procedures
- check_circleUse Microsoft Teams, computers, and mobile phones for scheduling and work updates
- check_circleEmpty trash receptacles and replace liners
