About the Role
The Recruiting Specialist partners closely with the recruitment leadership team to deliver a high-volume, high-touch virtual hiring experience that drives growth in our caregiver workforce. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a key part of our new technology implementations.
As we modernize our hiring approach, this role leverages automation, AI chatbots, and digital scheduling to streamline applicant engagement and accelerate time-to-hire. You will be the face of our digital onboarding process, providing candidate support and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth transition from application to hire. This position is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, juggling multiple priorities, and working within a collaborative, metrics-driven team.
