The Custodial Lead plays a critical role in supporting mission readiness by overseeing custodial operations within a secure facility. This position uniquely combines hands-on custodial duties with team leadership, quality control, and coordination to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
In this role, you will enforce custodial best practices while adhering to strict security and confidentiality requirements. You will be responsible for leading daily operations within controlled-access and sensitive areas, assigning work, and providing on-the-job guidance to staff. Your day will involve conducting routine inspections to verify sanitation, managing supply inventory, and ensuring proper handling of waste and recycling in accordance with Information Community (IC) information protection procedures. As a key point of contact, you will respond to priority service requests and immediately report any security incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity.
Candidates must possess an active Top Secret SCI with CI Poly clearance to be considered for this position.
