The Night Custodian at Cape Henlopen High School plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and orderly environment for students and staff. Working from 3 PM to 11 PM, this full-time position is dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness of the building and grounds after hours. The role requires a proactive individual who can work independently while collaborating effectively with the custodial team to support the school community's daily needs.
As part of the Cape Henlopen School District, you will contribute to a facility that serves as a hub for learning and athletics. The position involves a diverse range of tasks, from sanitizing locker rooms and the Sports Field House to managing grounds maintenance like weeding and snow removal. The team relies on each member's initiative to handle emergency cleanup calls and maintain equipment, ensuring the school is ready for the next day.
