You will drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing remarkable service at the curbside pick-up area, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate order fulfillment and payment collection. Your role is essential in maintaining a positive working relationship with customers, team members, and leadership, presenting a courteous and friendly attitude both in person and over the phone.
