This position is responsible for fulfilling a customer's online curbside order. You will drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing remarkable service at the curbside pick-up area, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate order fulfillment and payment collection. The role requires maintaining a positive working relationship with customers, team members, and leadership while presenting a courteous and friendly attitude both in person and on the phone.
In this role, you will resolve customer complaints quickly by contacting leadership when needed, receive workflow from a dashboard to fulfill daily orders, and utilize the selection process for products within the store. You will bag products appropriately following bagging standards and store them correctly in the staging area following food safety guidelines. Additionally, you will greet each customer, take payment for the order to ensure an easy shopping experience, and maintain a clean and neat work environment.
