About the Role
We are seeking a Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. In this position, you will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of acute and surgical settings. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing pre-operative assessments, administering anesthesia, monitoring patient status, and supporting post-anesthesia recovery. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team that values evidence-based guidelines and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations including medical history review and risk stratification
- check_circleDevelop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with surgical teams
- check_circleAdminister general, regional, monitored anesthesia care, and sedation using appropriate techniques
- check_circleMonitor patients intraoperatively, interpret clinical data, and respond promptly to status changes
- check_circleProvide safe emergence from anesthesia and oversee immediate post-anesthesia recovery
- check_circleDocument all aspects of anesthesia care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
- check_circleAdhere to hospital, departmental, and regulatory standards including infection prevention protocols
- check_circleParticipate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and clinical practice reviews
- check_circleCollaborate effectively with surgeons, physicians, and nurses to optimize patient outcomes
- check_circleEngage in continuing education and potential precepting or mentoring of students or new CRNAs
