About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Certified Nurse Anesthetist to join our team. In this position, you will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive perioperative support.

Your day will involve conducting pre-anesthesia assessments, formulating individualized care plans, and administering general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care. You will continuously monitor patient airway, ventilation, and hemodynamic status, adjusting anesthetic agents as needed to ensure patient safety. Additionally, you will manage post-anesthesia recovery, coordinate with the surgical team for efficient care, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to support the education of students and new CRNAs while working within a supportive environment that values evidence-based practice.
