- check_circleEvaluate new customer applications and set credit limits that balance growth and risk
- check_circleMonitor accounts receivable and aging trends to drive proactive collections
- check_circlePartner with Sales to support customer relationships while maintaining financial discipline
- check_circleConduct ongoing credit reviews and adjust terms based on performance and risk indicators
- check_circleReconcile monthly activity for bank reporting
- check_circleResolve payment issues collaboratively while balancing firmness with a customer-first mindset
- check_circleProvide clear reporting on credit exposure, aging, and risk trends to leadership
- check_circleManage bad debt exposure, reserves, and write-off recommendations
- check_circleEnsure compliance with internal controls and financial best practices
- check_circleLead and develop credit and collections team members to foster accountability
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred)
- verified5+ years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
- verifiedStrong understanding of financial statements and credit risk analysis
- verifiedExperience working with ERP systems and credit tools
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Background in wholesale, retail, or outdoor/apparel industries. Experience supporting seasonal or high-volume order cycles with accounts ranging from large companies to small retailers.
