This role is unique because it sits at the intersection of our internal growth and our educational mission. You will run the paid acquisition for our own program while simultaneously serving as the primary expert who teaches our students how to replicate that success on their own accounts.
This seat is creative-first. The core of your work involves developing concepts, angles, hooks, and the specific words that make our market say yes. Unlike a traditional media buyer who simply launches assets created by others, you own the entire loop: you build the creative, read the account performance, and sharpen the strategy for the next round of winners.
You will spend the majority of your time crafting the creative strategy, copy, and funnel architecture. This includes writing hooks, scripting VSLs (Video Sales Letters), and designing book-a-call pages. Our funnel model—VSL to booking—is a deliberate, high-difficulty creative challenge designed to hold a skeptical, sophisticated B2B buyer through education before the offer is revealed. You will research the competitive landscape and customer language to identify unspoken reasons agency owners need our help, translating those insights into distinct angles for different personas.
While you will run all paid media on Meta, your value lies in your ability to diagnose performance at the concept level. Because you wrote the creative, you are the only one who can definitively tell if a campaign is failing due to a dead angle, a weak hook, or a broad persona. You will not be editing or designing; you will bring the ideas and words, while our production team brings them to life.
A key component of this role is teaching. You will lead group coaching calls for our students, demonstrating what is working in our ads and helping them sharpen their own B2B acquisition strategies. You are the expert in the room, not customer support, and your insights will directly shape the curriculum our students receive.
We are looking for candidates who can walk us through specific examples of B2B coaching or agency ads, explaining exactly why they work at the level of angle, hook, and offer. If you think in offers and can diagnose an underperforming ad to determine if the issue lies in the angle, offer, or hook, you are the right fit.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a paid trial project. You will take one of our offers and build the creative spine for it, including a batch of distinct angles, the corresponding funnel spine, and a walkthrough of your testing strategy.
