This seat is creative-first. You are not a button-pusher waiting for instructions; you are the architect of the entire acquisition loop. You will own the concepts, angles, hooks, and words that make our market say yes, and you will run the media to read the account and turn those signals into the next round of winners. Your job is to build it, read it, sharpen it, and do it again.
You will develop the creative strategy, copy, and funnel for our B2B coaching program. This involves writing hooks, scripting VSLs (Video Sales Letters), and crafting book-a-call pages. Unlike e-commerce UGC, our B2B VSLs must hold a skeptical, sophisticated buyer through education before the offer is even revealed. You will research the space to find the unique reasons agency owners need our help—whether they are stuck under a revenue ceiling, drowning in delivery, or bleeding clients—and translate those pains into distinct angles that haven't been run yet.
While you won't edit or design, you will work alongside our production team to bring your ideas to life. You will also run all paid media on Meta, owning targeting, testing structures, and optimization decisions. Because you built the creative, you are the only one who can truly diagnose the account at a concept level: determining if a failure is due to a dead angle, a weak hook, or a broad persona. This diagnostic skill is exactly what you will teach our students during group coaching calls, positioning you as the expert in the room rather than customer support.
We are looking for candidates who can walk us through specific B2B ads and explain the mechanics of their success at the level of angle, hook, and offer. If you think in offers and can diagnose an underperforming ad without drowning in jargon, you are the one.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid trial project. You will take one of our offers and build the creative spine for it, including a batch of distinct angles, the funnel spine, and a walkthrough of your testing strategy. This is the closest you will get to the actual job before joining the team.
This team is going somewhere. You will report directly to the founders, Dave and Gill, and have direct access to the people who have built real agencies and lived the exact path our students are on. You won't manage clients or sit in client calls; your focus is entirely on the work and the room.
