This team operates with a "creative first" philosophy. We believe that the concepts, angles, and words that make a market say "yes" are the engine of growth. We are not a button-pushing operation; we are a place where ideas are generated, tested, and refined in a continuous loop. You will work directly with the founders, Dave and Gill, alongside a dedicated production team of editors and designers who bring your concepts to life.
This seat is unique because it bridges the gap between creative strategy and media execution. You are not just launching ads; you own the entire acquisition loop. You build the creative concepts, run the paid media on Meta, read the account data, and sharpen the strategy for the next round of winners.
Your primary focus is developing the creative spine for our B2B VSL-to-book-a-call funnel. You will craft the hooks, scripts, and angles that resonate with agency owners facing specific pain points, from revenue ceilings to delivery chaos. Because you write the creative, you are uniquely positioned to diagnose performance issues at the concept level—distinguishing between a dead angle, a weak hook, or a broad persona. This deep diagnostic ability is exactly what you will teach our students to replicate on their own accounts.
In addition to managing our paid acquisition, you will serve as an expert instructor. You will lead group coaching calls where you demonstrate what is working in real-time, helping students sharpen their own B2B acquisition strategies. You are the expert in the room, not customer support.
We are looking for candidates who think in offers and angles, not just metrics. If you can walk us through three ads working in the B2B coaching space and explain the "why" behind them, you are likely the one.

The Trial Project
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid trial project. You will take one of our offers and build the creative spine for it, including a batch of distinct angles, the funnel spine, and a walkthrough of your testing strategy. This is the closest experience to the actual job you will see in our interview process.
